Il progetto presentato da Marco Cardin, Luca Lorenzi e Filippo Bonora dell’Università di Padova si è classificato al terzo posto del trofeo Ecotrophelia 2017.
L’idea progettuale del raviolo ecosostenibile è stata supportata dai docenti Zardetto, Pasini, Lante e Vincenzi del DAFNae dell’Università di Padova.
